Lil Nas X posted a video on Jan. 8, 2019, reflecting on the fact that he had just reached 3,000 followers on Instagram, 2,000 on YouTube, and fewer than 1,000 followers on Spotify. "But let me hit y'all back a year from now. We're going to see where I'm at," he said while eating a slice of pizza.

Exactly one year later, on Jan. 8, 2020, the "Montero" singer reenacted the video, pizza and all, to reflect on his newfound success. "A year ago, I put out 'Old Town Road.' It did pretty f*cking good," he said. "I'm at five million on Instagram, eight million on YouTube, and around 30 million Spotify listeners. It's been a year, and I just want to give a big thank you to everybody who's helped me get to where I am. I'll be back with you guys 10 years from now and we'll see where I'm at."

On Feb. 7, 2010, Demi Lovato tweeted that they would like to sing the national anthem at the Super Bowl one day. In 2020, exactly 10 years later, Lovato lived their dream and delivered a powerful rendition of "The Star-Spangled Banner" in Miami.

In 2020, Patrick and the Kansas City Chiefs made it to the Super Bowl to face off against the San Francisco 49ers. By the end of the game, the Chiefs took home the title and Mahomes was named the MVP of Super Bowl LIV. "I'm going to Disney World!" he told Fox News after the game.

Lili Reinhart said it was her dream to attend the Met Gala in 2017. In 2019, Lili's dream became a reality and she walked the red carpet in a Marie Antoinette-style ensemble. In 2021, the Riverdale star wore a pastel-pink Christian Siriano dress adorned with flowers.

Basketball star Michaela Onyenwere was still in middle school when she tweeted that she wanted to join the WNBA. She was drafted sixth overall in the 2021 WNBA Draft by the New York Liberty and joined the Catalan team Uni Girona CB of the Spanish Liga Femenina de Baloncesto in December 2021.
